Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)

Fire Escape Ladders Nylon are flexible emergency escape ladders designed to provide a safe and reliable evacuation solution during fire or other emergency situations. Made with high-strength nylon webbing or ropes combined with durable rungs, these ladders are lightweight, compact, and easy to deploy from windows or balconies when fixed stairways are not accessible.

The nylon construction offers excellent tensile strength, flexibility, and resistance to wear, making the ladder suitable for residential, commercial, and temporary emergency evacuation applications.

A Breathing Apparatus (SCBA – Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) is respiratory protective equipment used to provide a clean air supply to its wearer in hazardous, toxic, smoky, or low-oxygen environments.

Main Components of an SCBA

High-Pressure Air Cylinder

Made of steel or composite (aluminum + carbon fiber).

Contains high-pressure air (usually 200–300 bar).

Backplate & Harness

A sturdy backplate to support the tube.

Equipped with a harness (safety belt) for comfortable and safe use.

Regulator & Reducer

Regulating the pressure of the cylinder to ensure safety before it enters the mask.

Full Face Mask (Facepiece)

Protects the face and provides air to the user.

Equipped with an exhalation valve to allow waste air to escape.

Pressure Gage & Alarm

Shows the remaining air pressure in the tube.

The alarm sounds when the air is almost depleted (usually at 50 bar).

Optional PASS Device (Personal Alert Safety System)

An alarm that sounds loudly if the user doesn’t move (falls/is unconscious).
