ONLINE ORDERING

Order anytime through our website www.saffire.co.id.

There is no minimum purchase, but orders will incur a shipping fee. Some banks impose a minimum payment for credit/debit cards if the payment is below that limit.
Orders will be processed within 1 business day and shipped immediately. On national holidays, shipments will be sent the following day.

Visa, Mastercard, Bank BCA, Bank Mandiri, and Direct Bank Transfer.

Yes, items in the cart are saved as long as the stock is available.
We will contact you with updated information or alternatives. If there is no suitable replacement, the order will be canceled and the funds will be refunded.

Email to info@saffire.co.id with your order number. Changes may delay delivery. Orders that have already been shipped or are ready for pickup cannot be changed or canceled.

No refunds will be given after the item has been received or picked up. Exchanges can be made by attaching photo/video proof of unboxing. If the supplier charges a restocking fee (15%-30%), the cost will be borne by the buyer.

PRODUCT ISSUE

Report within 1-2 days to info@saffire.co.id. Keep the item in its original condition. We will cover the shipping and replacement costs for this case.
