• EN 388:2016 + A1:2018 (4X43C) — Mechanical protection against abrasion, cut (ISO-13997/TDM method), tear, and puncture risks.
  Cut resistance: Often rated C (ISO level) meaning strong protection against blade-type cuts.
  Abrasion resistance: EN level 4 indicates high resistance to wear and tear.
